Here is an explanation of our ranks in the free company and what each one stands for.

Leadership Alts - As the name of the rank implies, these are alts that occifers and up have within the FC with similar access and authorizations within the FC as the Occifer rank.

Initiate - This rank is for new come members of the FC and can be known as the "trial" or "probationary" rank for new members. As our FC wants to allow members to freely access 1 or 2 tabs of the FC chest in order to feel a bit more like a member. This rank and its probationary period will vary based on what we know of a member and how much we think they'll be a decent enough member to not hijack all our hard earned shit for themselves and bail on us. So the less often we see you and the less often we know what type of person you are, you could be in this rank for a long time!

Member - This rank is for members who've shown they have no sense of thievery, be it real life or virtual, and are frequently logging in and helping out. Whenever there is going to be a major change in the FC taking place (such as moving our FC home or changing some of the rules up later on down the line) your voice will be heard and taken into consideration. You'll most likely get a /tell from me in-game or a moogle mail message if something like this should come up.

Occifers - This rank is held by our Occifers who have a more serious role within the FC, such as quelling arguments and whipping new Dating Service members into shape while making sure they're not immune or resistant to Chloroform! Also all Occifers and higher have access to the FC Crafting options, so if they'd like or need to craft something for the FC and can gather the bodies to complete the recipes they're more than able to and allowed. Obviously, whenever a major (or minor) change is going to be made to the FC or the rules, Occifer input will be taken into consideration and possibly prioritized over the Member rank (they're here to stay unless they feel like leaving, and can do more damage to the FC than the Member rank plus other reasons like being around longer etc etc so their input has more pull.)

Leadership roles entail:
Moly: FC Gardener!
Lyria: FC Crafter and you're all around masochistic (and possibly sadistic) cat!
Xine: FC Leader and Handles all things in the FC Workshop, including the Airships and party crafting recipes.
Dahc: Original FC Leader and Founder, Heals all da things! Main recruiter.

Random Cat – this is the Master rank of the FC and is currently held by Xine Xero. Also a founding member of the FC. Xine 's primary duty is to oversee purchase and use of FC credits as well as overseer of the consortium.

A fact of life to remember is that not everyone can be appeased, this is a sad fact and we can not help everyone all the time, nor can we bend over backwards and make everyone happy all of the time.
